Thank you for considering to host a special event in the City of Aspen. It is our goal to assist event organizers in planning safe and fun events that have a minimal negative impact on the community and public resources and plan for mitigation as needed.

The following event proposal summary helps us understand your event before you fill out an entire application. Please include as much information as possible in your narrative.
